Permanent Make-up with Sonia Sharman
Also known as Semi-permanent make-up and Micro-pigmentation.
This is a natural looking procedure in which colour pigments are implanted into the dermal layer of the skin and is used to define eyebrows, eyes and lips.
Hot weather, swimming and exercise all cause carefully applied make-up to smudge and disappear causing embarrassment for many women.
Some women just want perfect eyebrows or the ability to ‘get up and go in the morning’
If you are:
- Busy with little time to apply make-up
- Allergic to conventional make-up
- Sporty and find make-up rubs off easily
OR
- Would like to look your best all the time
- Would like to wake up with make-up
Then you will benefit from the application of Permanent Cosmetic Make-up.
How is it done?
A numbing agent is applied to the skin to minimise discomfort before micro insertions of natural pigments are applied into the dermal layer of the skin.
Micropigmentation is a state of the art technique, medically proven and specifically designed to be completely safe.
Correct colours are achieved by blending pigments to complement the client’s own skin and hair tone. Eyebrows and lip lines are drawn on and, together with the colour choice, agreed with the client before treatment begins, so the client is involved in the finished look.
How many treatments are needed?
For perfect results, 2 treatments are recommended, 1 month apart.
How long does it last?
Effects can last from 1- 3 years with a gradual fading of the colour. Clients then return to the salon for a single top-up treatment.
Which areas benefit from this procedure?
Eyebrows – brows are enhanced with life-like hair strokes.
Eyeliner – choose a subtle natural look, a soft natural line or a more bold definite line.
Lip Liner and lip blush – choose a subtle natural lip line, a bolder, defined line, or a Lip Blush, created to give definition to the shape of the lips and enhance the colour of the lip with soft shading.
